well i am not 100 percent sure, but i think it means this way

shishtem sare tayara, tayara baal nadara
memana e enn majlis chak chaka yad nadara

meaning that the guy who is singing is the pilote
the people who are listening to his songs are the wings
and the place where they are is the tayara
