Oh I've seen this happen, because apparently if you agree with him and tell him he's right then you come off as one of the good ones which doesn't make much sense because if you're agreeing you are automatically branding yourself as what he described (the women who is hurtful towards women) by encourging and agreeing with his negative description of women.

I don't think there is a significant difference between how men treat each other as compared to women, I just think women are more open about it. Men fake it and then go home and tell their wives/gfs about other men. Men do stoop to the same level and are just as critical. Your use of the B-word was betarbia, not cute or funny, just betarbia.

When it comes down to it, it's not a matter of gender but a matter of how you were raised. I once wrote a blog on the lack of Etifaq in the Afghan female community. There are those that carry an aire of suspicion and doubt when you are kind to them. When you want to make a new friend, you are sometimes accused of ulterior motives in our community. What's important is to maintain who you are anyway; all it takes is one Woman/girl/sister to make a difference.

My question is what does is being "cattiest" during menstrual cycle have to do with rivalry? According to the text, women should be "cattiest" when competing for men so why is the menstrual period a time to attract men? If u go by laws of evolution any time but the menstrual period should be a time for attracting men because one cannot get pregnant during menstrual cycle. If one cannot get pregnant then no point in attracting males.

Anyways even the institution of science should be questioned. For no matter how empirical the method, the results are interpreted by humans who are far from flawless. I hate reading ****ty articles like this about women n menstrual cycles bcz scientists manage to link up so many absurd and irrelevant crap to women's menstrual period. In fact it is only our perception of certain changes in our mind that bring up those changes during the menstrual cycle rather than the menstrual cycle causing it. For ex if i believe i will be more catty during my menstrual cycle then indeed that will happen due to expectations.

Scientists use menstrual period as a tool for segregation between the sexes and for further negative problems w/ women. In this case it was being 'catty' which is clearly something negative. Furthermore previously scientists attempted to say that women are more depressed during menstrual cycle or have more mood changes, but further study showed that all humans have a lot of mood changes, incl males!

I don't have any behavioral changes during my menstrual, if anything I'd say I'm more pleasant and happy because the elimination of namaaz gives extra minutes in the day, more sleep, and less to do in general. I don't feel spiritually at peace but I'm by no means a "cattier" person. But then again I never learned that women are "cattier" during that period of time, I think it's psychological for most women. Some feel stronger symptoms of pain and due to that they are unpleasant, others are just unpleasant because they were taught that women are unpleasant during that period of time. Not I..not I lol. I don't want my future husband to fear me one week out of the month.

k sorry about the technicalities... they can but the chances are MUCH lower. And where pregnancies due occur it's most likely because of misleading vaginal bleeding which some ppl take as a period. Another reason could be the ability of sperm to survive inside a woman’s body for some time. Either way a menstrual cycle is not exactly the right time if one wants to get pregnant.... so back to my original argument. lol.

i knew an italian woman who told me that in italy women were full of schemes against each other, that on a regular basis they would befriend you just to tell you they saw your husband with another women etc and when you inevitably fought with him they would swoop in for the kill :D
