Wahid Qasemi is the best, whether it is this year or any of the past years...Sure each singer has a few nice songs here and there...but i must say..kaka wahid is amazing namekhuda;)

he copies???...his style is totally his own..his lyrics are taken obviously from other poets and some singers...but who doesnt???...but his style is not a copy of anyone...and when he sings...he just moves you...there are not too many afghans singers who are capable of doing that ;)

In that list Wahid qasimi and Farhad Darya rock, but still i think waheed qasimi did a fantastic job and he deserves to be this year's best singer with marvelous songs.. :hip:

I would have voted for Wahid Qasimi if I hadnt attended his concert in VA a couple of weeks back. Probabbly the worst I have ever been to, next to haidar Salim's last year. I was really disappointed by his overall performance. It was really " be sur".

Anyhow, I would go with Farhad Darya, not that i like his music or anything about him but the fact that he has released substance and good material.

lala charsi i cant believe u would say something like that.. ok i am his cuzzin and u dont know what my family would go through hudanahosta.. what living hell will come upon uss.. plz dont say stuff like that i dont know if i can ask any nicer.. ok we know that u dont like him and thats ok cuz its ur opinion but thats jsut goin to far .. seriouly i love habib so much hes one of my fav family members becuz of his attitude and kindess towards everyone..plus u dotn want to ruin ur life cuz u wont get away with it.. but i know u were jsut joking hopefully.. but now a days lala charsi since what happened to Nasrat security is wayyyyyy titghter on all singers .. .. if nasrat had security with him after the concert he would not have gotten killed and today he would have still been alive....
