This subforum will be for a listing of banned users with provided reasoning. Administrators and Moderators will list any members belonging in this category along with the reasoning behind actions taken in this subforum.

Members are welcome to voice their opinions by responding to threads, but threads can be closed at the discretion of Moderators and Administrators.

I think this is pointless. If someone is banned, they are not here to defend themselves. And we are not supposed to say anything negative about them as some people do. So i think this section should be removed. Also, the person who gets banned for whatever reason will not like others to talk behind his/her back while he/she is not here or not allowed to say anything in his/her defence. So i request that this section be removed. Or atleast keep them closed and delete the replies.

So i think this section should be removed. baktash go to chaikhana..you will see what i am talking about! when members get banned we will talk about it anyways.. now don't tell me you would've deleted there posts about the banned members in chaikhana. because even the admins were talking about it in that thread. so might as well have section like this to make things clear and talk about it in a civilized manner. instead of having people spread rumors. ..eg. Maihan said Afghan Bride is not banned in chaikhana and over here Saeed said she is.. and now it is all clear..and it is also a good lesson for the members. they will be more aware of the rules in the forum.. and not take everything for granted..

Hopefully it clarifies things and helps members understand and get a better feel of what is asked for.

Just to clarify as I was in a rush when I made this topic, the leaving of opening of threads isn't for back biting etc. as I definitely agree there's no need for that and hope users don't abuse this.

They are left open mainly so in case people disagree with our actions, they can voice their opinions and know the reasoning, instead of assume that we are power hungry idiots going about this as if this is our life. We operate by some rules and most likely if a user has been blatantly guilty an overwhelming number of times, then we will not reverse the decision. But if any case is questionable, people will get their voice, at least here rather than other threads all over.

When a person is banned, sometimes there's a set of people and they will look to defend the individual. This can be a form of feedback in possibly changing rules if needed, etc.

If it gets too unreasonable, where people just complain and attack those that aren't here to defend themselves, then this right will be taken away. God can judge on the punishment for gossip; this section isn't intended for that.
